This Privacy Policy describes how Views To Clients LLC (“Views To Clients,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit viewstoclients.com, use our client portal, shop, or related applications (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

  • Account and profile details (name, email address, password or sign-in credentials, role, and preferences).
  • Client onboarding and intake information (business details, channel URLs, form responses, documents, and communications you submit).
  • Billing and order information when you purchase through our shop (processed by our payment providers; we do not store full payment card numbers).
  • Support requests, feedback, and other messages you send to us.

Information from connected services

If you choose to connect third-party accounts to the Services, we receive information authorized by you through that provider's OAuth or API permissions, such as:

  • Google / YouTube — account identifier, channel name and ID, and tokens needed to upload or manage content on your connected YouTube channel when you explicitly connect it.
  • Slack — workspace, user, and channel identifiers needed to provision and use client channels.
  • Other integrations you authorize (for example, scheduling or communications tools), limited to the scopes you approve.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs).
  • Cookies and similar technologies used for authentication, security, and basic functionality.

2. How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
  • Authenticate users and maintain account security.
  • Deliver client services you request, including content production workflows, publishing to connected channels, and team collaboration.
  • Process orders, subscriptions, and related billing events.
  • Send service-related emails (account access, onboarding, and updates).
  • Respond to support requests and enforce our Terms.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in these circumstances:

  • Service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, email, payments, analytics, and infrastructure), under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Integration partners only when you connect an account and only as needed to perform the integration (for example, uploading a video to your YouTube channel).
  • Within your organization — authorized Views To Clients staff and assigned team members who support your account.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Google API services & YouTube

When you connect a YouTube channel, our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

  • We request YouTube access only when you initiate a connection and only for purposes disclosed at connect time (for example, uploading approved videos to your channel).
  • You may revoke access at any time in your Google Account under Third-party access or by disconnecting in the portal.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.

5. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices & rights

  • Update account information in your profile or by contacting us.
  • Revoke third-party connections through the provider or our portal.
  • Opt out of non-essential marketing emails (service emails may still be sent).
  • Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.

To exercise these rights, email support@viewstoclients.com.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International users

If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate.
